Job Description:

  • Input and process incoming and outgoing goods data in the company's ERP/Inventory system.
  • Prepare and archive Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, and Tax Invoices in compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and courier/logistics partners for scheduling product deliveries to customers.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on deliveries, stock, and sales.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to align delivery schedules with customer requirements.
  • Liaise with suppliers, logistics service providers, and other related parties to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Administration, Accounting, or Logistics; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or sales administration (preferably in laboratory/medical equipment distribution).
  • Familiar with preparing Invoices, Delivery Orders, and Tax Invoices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP/Inventory systems.
  • Understanding of logistics processes, distribution flow, and tax document management.
  • Capable of preparing accurate administrative and financial reports.
