Job Description:

Responsible for market scale expansion, increasing volume, achieving targets, and maintaining relationships with outlets.
Assist in standardizing outlet operations, distributing SOPs, and communicating company strategies.
Responsible for market analysis, partner recruitment, and executing the network coverage plan.
Support the achievement of SLA quality standards by monitoring outlets and initiating improvements.

Job Requirements:

Minimum education: Associate degree (D3) in any major.
Experience in the expedition or logistics industry preferable
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Target-oriented and able to work with measurable goals.
Strong communication skills.
Able to work well in a team.
Willing to be placed in East Java, including Surabaya, Gresik, Bondowoso, Kediri, Banyuwangi and Magetan.
