Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tangerang for a Chef De Partie. The Chef De Partie will oversee food preparation in assigned sections, ensuring high quality and consistency in all dishes. Responsibilities include collaborating with the kitchen team, managing food inventory, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and training junior kitchen staff. The role demands impeccable time management, innovation in menu offerings, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience.

  • Experience in managing kitchen operations, inventory, and supplies
  • Strong skills in training, mentoring, and collaborating with kitchen team members
  • Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in food handling

  • Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining quality standards
  • Culinary certifications or relevant educational background in culinary arts is an advantage
