Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, particularly in IT, OT, hardware, software, or systems integration projects.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of IT/OT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and systems integration concepts.
  • Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders (clients, technical teams, management, vendors).
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and risk management.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Client relationship management skills with focus on long-term partnership building.

Task:

  • Plan projects and ensure effective and efficient project execution across IT, OT, software, hardware and systems initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timeline, budget (RAB), resource allocation, and execution activities.
  • Identify and assess project risks early, and develop measurable mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Engineers, Designers, and External Partners) to ensure synergy in project delivery.
  • Monitor and ensure projects are delivered on-scope, on-time, on-budget, and with required quality standards.
  • Manage communication, expectations, and conflict resolution with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings (kick-off, coordination, review, and closing) and maintain Minutes of Meeting and Action Logs.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation neatly and in compliance with company regulations.
  • Provide routine progress reports, issue logs, and comprehensive final project reports.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients after project completion to evaluate satisfaction and implementation results.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat orders or project expansion based on client feedback and project evaluations.
  • Serve as main point of contact for clients until transition to the next project phase is agreed upon.
  • Conduct project evaluations to document lessons learned and propose improvements to project management processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement culture in project execution and cross-team coordination mechanisms.
