JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Application Management

  • Provide SAP Finance technical leadership and direction to a group of regional SAP Finance functional consultants and contractors including daily team administration, team development, goal setting, work assignment and performance review.
  • Analyze/ evaluate enhancement requirements and translate them into IT solutions within the applications environment.
  • Work with various levels of business and systems personnel to identify business needs and provide technical consultancy and solutions.
  • Perform technical designs, design reviews and assessments to ensure that the overall integrity of the system and good development practices are maintained.
  • Participate and coach team members in the performance of complex SAP Finance tasks in accordance with requirements, standards and work plans.
  • Ensure functional and technical development module specifications are clearly documented.
  • Ensure quality deliverables by reviewing and approving work by the team members.
  • Take responsibility for developing, maintaining and upgrading a common set of application development tools and standards.
  • Allocate resources and responsibilities across the SAP Applications Management (Finance) team to deliver business results and develop team members.

Project Management

  • Project manager to lead, manage and implement SAP Finance projects for the customers located globally.
  • Responsible for timely delivery of all phases of projects, including estimating, scoping, build, manage or control and transition to operation.
  • Be able to engage and communicate with stakeholders and manage issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate should have a Degree in Computer Science /Information Technology or related discipline.
  • 10 years and above of experience in SAP FICO
  • Ability to team lead the SAP functional consultants in SAP FICO project implementation
  • Able to lead and conduct business process blueprint design during the project requirements stage
  • Strong business process knowledge in financial accounting
  • Strong SAP FICO configuration skills in GL, AP/AR, AA, CCA, OPA, PCA, PA and PC
  • Has completed minimum 3 – 4 full lifecycles for greenfield implementation projects
  • Understanding of SAP FICO integration knowledge to other PP, MM and SD modules
  • Ability to resolve project issues independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to do project management for small to medium size projects
  • Excellent in both spoken and written English. Good in spoken and written Bahasa and Chinese will be added advantage.
  • Excellent in communication and able to manage stakeholders.
  • Excellent team player and able to collaborate cross team and towers.
  • Have strong entrepreneur mind-set and able to work independently.
  • Able to adapt to changes and diverse business environment.
