We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Manager to lead and grow our online & offline sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance, implementing business development strategies, and ensuring operational excellence across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure optimal performance and alignment with company objectives.
  • Support team members in achieving individual and collective sales targets through coaching, guidance, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and IBs, contributing to business expansion and market penetration.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, providing high-level service and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards across the team.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within financial services.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a sales team effectively.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Results-driven with a strategic mindset and understanding of financial market dynamics.
