Adecco Indonesia is currently supporting one of the most reputable universities in Bangkok in their search for Sales & Marketing Representative to become a local liaison in Indonesia and to increase brand awareness.
What will you do?- Represent the university at local and international education events.
- Build and manage relationships with local schools, counselors, agents, and universities.
- Guide prospective students regarding programs, admissions, and scholarships.
- Coordinate application processes and follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Assist in local marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Provide timely reports and insights on Indonesian education trends and opportunities.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned, including supporting efforts to identify and recruit new academic staff for the university.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience in international education recruitment would be preferred.
- Strong local network and knowledge of the Indonesian education system.
- Good public speaking and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Highly motivated, self‑directed, and capable of working independently.
- Able to travel within Indonesia and occasionally to Thailand.
