Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree of any major
- Experienced as Supervisor minimum 2 years from Multifinance Company
- Preferably Graduated form Development Program (MT/MDP/Officer) in current company
- Have Good Leadership & Network
- Good Analytical Thinking and Communication
- Good mastery of MS Office
- Willing to be placed throughout the Area/Regional
- Willing to undergo a series of development program and a service bond for 3 years
