Will be handlng people development,talent management, Org Development & recruitment for support function including managerial level all dept. Beside that this position can be a HR counter part for support function
Job Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Industrial Engineering, Psychology or Others Related
- Have Exeperience minimum 7 Years in handling HR Strategy & Development
- Have a depth knowledge in HR Model & Strategy
- Have a good knowledge in Hay/Korn Ferry Job Analysis
- Have a good knowledge in Mercer Salary Survey Process
- Have a good communication & presentation skill for Management Level
- Fluent in English
- Can do attitude
