Responsibilities

1. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal regulations in line with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Provide consultation to management and staff regarding employment benefits, social security, and other compliance-related matters.
  • Ensure legal compliance across all HR practices and policies, particularly during business scale-up.

2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Process and review monthly payroll, attendance, and overtime reports.
  • Manage BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan (social and health insurance) for employees.
  • Oversee tax registration, dependents declaration, and ensure correct withholding based on Indonesian tax laws.
  • Handle work accident and health insurance claims and follow-ups.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality.

3. Recruitment

  • Coordinate manpower planning and forecast hiring needs with department heads.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, focusing on sourcing skilled workers for manufacturing operations.
  • Propose and execute strategic hiring campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Build and update job descriptions aligned with organizational needs.

4. Administration & Office Support

  • Oversee general office management including procurement, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, documentation, and file archiving.
  • Coordinate annual health checks, employee leave, and internal events.
  • Handle administrative-related payments and expenses in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment in Indonesia.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, taxation, and compliance procedures.
  • Proven ability to draft and implement HR policies and procedures from scratch.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to advise and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Bahasa Indonesia fluency required; English proficiency preferred.

Working times:

From Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; Saturday: 8:30 am – 11:00 am
