Job Description

Product Design & Innovation

  • Lead the creation of new sandal designs aligned with market trends and brand positioning (fashion, casual, kids, adults).
  • Provide advanced design concepts, detailed technical drawings, and material specifications for production.

Market & Trend Research

  • Stay ahead of local and international fashion/footwear trends.
  • Translate consumer insights, sales performance, and lifestyle shifts into innovative product ideas.

Product Development & Collaboration

  • Work closely with R&D, production, and marketing teams to turn concepts into prototypes and final products.
  • Ensure products meet standards of comfort, durability, and design excellence.

Documentation & Presentation

  • Present design concepts and collections to management.
  • Maintain structured documentation of design processes, materials, and artwork.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related fields.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in footwear/sandal design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful footwear collections.
  • Proficient in CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and preferably 3D design software.
  • Excellent knowledge of footwear materials (rubber, EVA, synthetic leather, fabric, etc.) and manufacturing processes.
  • Creative thinker, trend-savvy, and capable of balancing aesthetics with functionality.
