Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, and basic IT issues.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting in a timely manner.
- Deliver excellent customer service to end-users onsite/remote.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate in IT or up to 1 year of experience in customer service/IT support.
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networking.
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa (bilingual preferred).
- Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
