Job Description:

  • Responsible reports to the government or regulators, and monthly reports to the management regarding employment
  • Maintain communication with union and government
  • Responsible audit for employment regulation and make sure practices are aligned with the government regulations
  • Responsible for industrial relations that also covers employee disputes, employee relations, grievance, termination
  • Prepare and review employment agreements, Company Regulations, and Collective Labor Agreements (PKB).
  • Up-to-date regulations knowledge

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in Law
  • Experience create legal standing, advice & MOU.
  • Have good communication, listening, and problem solving skills.
  • Have good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making.
  • Quick to adapt with new environment and people of varied backgrounds and cultures.
  • Excellent knowledge in labor law, and keep up to date with the government regulations.
