Job Description:
- Responsible reports to the government or regulators, and monthly reports to the management regarding employment
- Maintain communication with union and government
- Responsible audit for employment regulation and make sure practices are aligned with the government regulations
- Responsible for industrial relations that also covers employee disputes, employee relations, grievance, termination
- Prepare and review employment agreements, Company Regulations, and Collective Labor Agreements (PKB).
- Up-to-date regulations knowledge
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Law
- Experience create legal standing, advice & MOU.
- Have good communication, listening, and problem solving skills.
- Have good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making.
- Quick to adapt with new environment and people of varied backgrounds and cultures.
- Excellent knowledge in labor law, and keep up to date with the government regulations.
