Job Descriptions:
- Managing employee's personnel administration, including mutation, performance review, resignation, employee working statement, housing rent/installment request, and other documents needed based on company policy,
- Responsible to monitor the completeness and the accuracy of the employee data and to inform about it to the employee needed.
- Coordinate with the IT Team to inform about the employee data change within the system.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Tax Accounting or Management major.
- Preferably having experience as human resource or human capital Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in personnel management with minimum a year of work experience.
- Excellent in using Ms. Excel, Ms. Office, and Google Workspace.
- Having knowledge about service excellence and multifinance business model is an advantage.
