Anugrah Group is looking for an HR Staff

Job Description:

1. Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Conduct initial interviews with candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower needs.

2. Employee Administration

  • Maintain employee database, attendance records, and leave management.
  • Prepare, manage, and file employment documents (contracts, extensions, agreements).
  • Handle BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan administration.

3. Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Prepare onboarding documents and facilitate new hire orientation.
  • Handle exit procedures and complete offboarding documentation.

4. Payroll Support

  • Assist in payroll calculation (attendance, overtime, deductions, allowances).
  • Coordinate with finance/payroll team.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Support the implementation of SOPs, company rules, and disciplinary processes.
  • Assist in HR activities such as training, KPI monitoring, and employee relations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related field).
  • Minimum
    1–2 years of experience
    in HR; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good understanding of recruitment and HR administration processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word).
  • Proficient in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor law and BPJS is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team.
  • Willing to work
    on-site (WFO)
    at the assigned location.
