Anugrah Group is looking for an HR Staff
Job Description:
1. Recruitment & Selection
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct initial interviews with candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower needs.
2. Employee Administration
- Maintain employee database, attendance records, and leave management.
- Prepare, manage, and file employment documents (contracts, extensions, agreements).
- Handle BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan administration.
3. Onboarding & Offboarding
- Prepare onboarding documents and facilitate new hire orientation.
- Handle exit procedures and complete offboarding documentation.
4. Payroll Support
- Assist in payroll calculation (attendance, overtime, deductions, allowances).
- Coordinate with finance/payroll team.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Support the implementation of SOPs, company rules, and disciplinary processes.
- Assist in HR activities such as training, KPI monitoring, and employee relations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related field).
- Minimum
1–2 years of experience
in HR; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Good understanding of recruitment and HR administration processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word).
- Proficient in Mandarin is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor law and BPJS is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team.
- Willing to work
on-site (WFO)
at the assigned location.
