- Prepare and implement programs for People Development and Training across the company
- Develop a competency planning, matrix and assess employee competencies
- Understanding of Training Needs Analysis and Competency Matrix
- Evaluate, plan and cooperate with relevant department leaders to determine the training needs of all departments in the Company, based on Performance Appraisal and Job Competencies
- Create Assessment Centre to looking talent pool for Talent Management Program
- Update and make SOP, Job Description, Job Profiling, Develop Competence Dictionary
- Developing module, e-learning module – draft content and visual module development
- Support the development of internal Learning Management System (LMS)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field
- 3 years of experience in HR-related functions that includes Talent Management or Learning & Development
- Have hands-on experience in Training Need Analysis (TNA) and training program designing
- Detail-oriented and well-organized in a dynamic environment: able to manage projects and tasks efficiently and independently from end to end
- Known for a can-do spirit
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in facilitation, training, and/or public speaking is a plus
