Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare and implement programs for People Development and Training across the company
  • Develop a competency planning, matrix and assess employee competencies
  • Understanding of Training Needs Analysis and Competency Matrix
  • Evaluate, plan and cooperate with relevant department leaders to determine the training needs of all departments in the Company, based on Performance Appraisal and Job Competencies
  • Create Assessment Centre to looking talent pool for Talent Management Program
  • Update and make SOP, Job Description, Job Profiling, Develop Competence Dictionary
  • Developing module, e-learning module – draft content and visual module development
  • Support the development of internal Learning Management System (LMS)

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in HR-related functions that includes Talent Management or Learning & Development
  • Have hands-on experience in Training Need Analysis (TNA) and training program designing
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized in a dynamic environment: able to manage projects and tasks efficiently and independently from end to end
  • Known for a can-do spirit
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in facilitation, training, and/or public speaking is a plus
