Responsibilities :
- Provide advanced technical support for complex problems via multiple channels.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in customer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, research & development, engineering /maintenance, and management to resolve escalated issues and implement solutions in customer.
- Deliver technical training and develop documentation, presentations, and guides to support customers and internal staff in the correct use of the products
- Collaborate with the R&D, sales, and product management teams to relay customer feedback and drive product improvements or innovation
- Conduct product trials, demonstrations, and evaluations both in-house and at customer locations to validate product efficacy and performance
- Guide decision-making for technical escalations and process improvements in customers.
Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor degree (S1) in engineering/forestry/chemistry/biology/other science.
- Minimum 10 years working experience in related industry of engineered wood / adhesive / polymer
- Have knowledge and experience in as technical support/service/production/QA/QC/sales of engineered wood products/adhesive/polymer products
- Have soft skills such as problem solving, leadership, managerial skill, communication skill, target orientation, customer care, and building trust and personal accountability.
- Excellent in computer literacy, and Ms Office (Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and proficient in literacy.
- Able to drive car independently and have SIM A driving license.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Merak – Banten.
