Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, verbal and written

  • Strong organizational & time-management skills

  • Proficient in office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)

  • Having experience in the media industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings

  • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) with professionalism and discretion

  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics

  • Run personal errands and manage household or office tasks as needed

  • Track and manage expenses; assist with reimbursement and invoicing

  • Organize and maintain files and records (digital & physical)

  • Assist with event planning and coordination

  • Conduct research and provide summaries or reports as requested

  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive matters
