Requirements
Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, verbal and written
Strong organizational & time-management skills
Proficient in office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Having experience in the media industry
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) with professionalism and discretion
Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
Run personal errands and manage household or office tasks as needed
Track and manage expenses; assist with reimbursement and invoicing
Organize and maintain files and records (digital & physical)
Assist with event planning and coordination
Conduct research and provide summaries or reports as requested
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive matters
