Job Description

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding for factory employees.
  • Monitor attendance, overtime, and support payroll processes.
  • Handle HR administration and labor law compliance.
  • Support industrial relations and employee welfare programs.
  • Conduct training and employee engagement activities at the factory.

Job Requirements

  • 3 ~ 5 years exp
  • Have experience in handling factory 100 ~ 500 employees
  • Mandarin is preferable
  • Can work as individual or team
  • Practical , high problem solving, can-do attitude
