Job Description
- Manage recruitment and onboarding for factory employees.
- Monitor attendance, overtime, and support payroll processes.
- Handle HR administration and labor law compliance.
- Support industrial relations and employee welfare programs.
- Conduct training and employee engagement activities at the factory.
Job Requirements
- 3 ~ 5 years exp
- Have experience in handling factory 100 ~ 500 employees
- Mandarin is preferable
- Can work as individual or team
- Practical , high problem solving, can-do attitude
