Job Descriptions:
- Manage daily store operations across all branches, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Conduct regular visits to each branch to monitor performance, provide support, and maintain operational consistency.
- Ensure all store operations align with the company's standard operating procedures (SOP) and policies.
- Address escalated customer complaints and operational issues.
- Address store teams' performance issues by monitoring, evaluating, and providing guidance to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
- Identify areas for operational improvement across all branches and implement best practices to optimize workflows, efficiency, and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance by improving customer experience, elevating service quality, and strengthening operational standards.
- Oversee inventory management and stock verification, ensuring accuracy, minimizing discrepancies, and maintaining optimal stock levels across all branches.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations and support business growth.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication (English & Bahasa) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and experience with ERP systems.
- Willing to be placed in BSD CITY.
