Position Summary
The QA/QC Supervisor will be responsible for checking product quality, making sure all processes meet company and international standards, and improving the quality system in our factory.
Key Responsibilities
Check and control product quality during production.
Make sure products meet company and customer standards.
Handle quality inspections, reports, and testing.
Investigate problems, find root causes, and take corrective actions.
Support internal and external quality audits (ISO, customer, etc.).
Work closely with production and maintenance teams.
Train and guide junior staff in quality control.
Prepare quality reports in English for management..
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial, or a related field.
5–10 years in QA/QC in a manufacturing company.
Experience in plastic, chemical, or SSP machine industry.
Good knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001 or similar).
Able to analyze data and solve problems.
Leadership and teamwork skills.
Good communication in English (spoken and written) is a must.
Must be willing to work in Surabaya, Indonesia.
