HRD (Human Resource Development)

Bahasa Indonesia:

  • Kualifikasi:

  • S1 Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, atau Hukum.

  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang HR.
  • Memahami peraturan ketenagakerjaan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris yang fasih, baik aktif maupun pasif.
  • Tanggung Jawab:

  • Memastikan pemahaman awal mengenai proses dan disiplin SDM (HR) serta menyediakan administrasi SDM umum.

  • Bertanggung jawab atas administrasi penggajian (payroll), termasuk pelaporan pajak.
  • Bertanggung jawab atas peninjauan gaji bulanan & tahunan serta proses bonus, termasuk persiapan yang diperlukan.
  • Memelihara/mengelola catatan/data karyawan.
  • Menginvestigasi dan menyelesaikan permasalahan karyawan.
  • Mendukung persyaratan hukum dasar dan masalah hubungan industrial.
  • Mendukung program keterlibatan karyawan (employee engagement).

English:

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Law.

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
  • Knowledgeable in labor regulations.
  • Fluent in English, both actively (speaking) and passively (writing/reading).
  • Responsibilities:

  • Ensure prior understanding of HR processes and provide general administrative HR support.

  • Responsible for Payroll administration including tax filing.
  • Responsible for monthly & annual salary review and bonus exercises, including preparation.
  • Maintain employee records.
  • Investigate and resolve employee issues.
  • Support in basic legal requirements and industrial relation issues.
  • Support in Employee Engagement programs.
