Role Overview
We welcome professionals to join our team as a
Production Planning
, who will play a pivotal role to turning production process plans into action. This role will drive the production process and provide insight of possibilities that might arise during the process, closely coordination with cross-function team to achieve timely manner of delivery. The role within will be included, but not limited to :
- Create and manage production schedule that align with complexity and demand
- Ensuring mass production process run as efficiently as possible
- Track Production progress and process monitoring
- Maintain accurate records within the process and finish batch
- Analyse production capacity and identify bottleneck
About Candidate
- Strong in planning, analytical, problem solving, and data management
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or any related background, with proven at least 5 years' experience in manufacturing setting
- Proven skills in ERP system, Ms. Excel, and Power BI analysis
- Excellence in coordination, follow up and communication skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in Business English
