Qualification:

Minimum diploma degree majoring in Mechanical/Electrical/ Mechantronic/ Automation & Instrument/Electronics
Have an experience of working at least 4 years in Maintenance/Equipment Department
Fluent in english is a must
Experience for working as maintenance engineer in Battery, FMCG or Automotive company is advantage
Have an experience of working with SIEMENS PLC will be an advantage
Strong analytical thinking of data and able to managing the data related to the machine
Having ability to Operator Microsoft Power BI will be an advantage
Willing to Interview and working in Karawang

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring that packaging equipment, system and tools are properly maintained and fuctioning properly
Support equipment technician for fixing and repairing equipment and machinery if needed
Support for identifying and fixing breakdowns in packaging equipment components as they happen
Supervise scheduled maintenance and inspections on packaging equipment
Leading, training and supervising breakdown maintenance technician's work
Reviewing daily work orders and documentation to ensure proper data collection
Providing reports and create work instruction of maintenance work
Implementing improvement for any breakdown to prevent any re-occurence
Participate in activities related to packaging equipment initial setup and trial
Analyzing the operating data to determine problem action
Enhancing the dependability and performance of machine systems
Always work with awareness of health, safety and environment for self and others
Co-work with other staff for tools and spare part machine readiness
