Engineering Manager provides maintenance reliability support for existing and new theme park attractions (rides and shows) and is responsible for ensuring the reliability and maintainability of various theme park attractions to increase uptime and equipment availability. Duties include, providing technical support to the maintenance team, lead Root Cause Failure Analysis, establish, monitor, optimize preventative and predictive maintenance plans and execute corrective actions to address complex problems.

Responsibilities :

  • Champion the development and enhancement of reliability processes to elevate performance, reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
  • Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and implement corrective actions for complex and/or repetitive issues.
  • Formulate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of preventive maintenance activities and gauge inventory metrics.
  • Initiate, supervise, and refine Preventative and Predictive Maintenance Plans.
  • Conduct asset criticality assessments for current equipment and spare parts inventory.
  • Identify optimal maintenance methodologies tailored for specific assets or equipment types.
  • Observe and evaluate the operational performance of equipment systems to verify the success of Maintenance Strategies.
  • Enhance preventive and predictive maintenance protocols based on performance indicators.

Requirements : 

  • Bachelor degree of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from reputable University
  • Having min. 3 years of experience as People Manager who managing a big team in Engineering or Maintenance area.
  • Speak fluent in English
  • Good knowledge in maintenance Theme Park would be an advantage
  • Has a good communication & collaboration skills
  • Has a leadership competencies to lead and inspire others
  • Excellent in Ms. Office (Ms. Excel)
