Position Overview
This role focuses on enhancing Hejaz's existing products in the Australian market, including Funds/ETFs, Superannuation and Pension, lending, and fintech applications. It requires a deep understanding of Australian financial market regulations, customer needs, and competitive landscape. In alignment with Sharia compliance principles, the role continuously improves products through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven insights to enhance product performance, customer experience, and market competitiveness. The position ensures that all products meet regulatory standards and core customer needs, strengthening the company's competitive position in the Australian financial market.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow-up and enhancement of Existing Australian Products:
Responsible for the enhancement of existing products in Australia. Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics (customer satisfaction, engagement, and financial outcomes), identify optimization opportunities, and oversee implementation.
- Market and Customer Need Insights:
Conduct research on Australian financial market trends, competitor dynamics and customer needs, explore potential product opportunities, and provide data support for product optimization and innovation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration and Implementation:
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Compliance, Legal, and Technology) and external partners to execute product optimization plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to Australian regulatory requirements and internal company policies.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure all products remain compliant with applicable Australian regulatory requirements (e.g., ASIC RG 97, RG 274, and APRA SPS/SR standards) and internal policies.
Work closely with the Legal and Compliance teams to identify, assess, and mitigate product-related risks and ensure all required trustee and AFSL holder approvals are obtained prior to product changes.

Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
· years of experience in product management within the financial services industry.
· Experience with investments (Funds/ETFs), Superannuation, lending is highly desirable.
· Familiarity with Islamic finance principles will be highly regarded.
