Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and analyze legal documents such as Sale and Purchase Agreements, Cooperation Agreements, Lease Agreements, and other property-related contracts
  • Manage company and project legal permits and licenses (e.g., Building Permit/PBG, Land Certificates, AJB, HGB, etc.)
  • Provide legal opinions and advice related to the company's business activities and transactions
  • Handle litigation and non-litigation matters when necessary
  • Coordinate with notaries, land deed officials (PPAT), and government institutions regarding property legal processes
  • Conduct legal due diligence and ensure the legal status of land/property prior to acquisition or development
  • Monitor regulatory changes related to property law and provide recommendations to management
  • Support internal legal needs such as drafting SOPs, legal policies, and compliance training
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a similar role; preferably in property, real estate development, or law firms handling property matters
  • Strong knowledge in land acquisition and land due diligence
  • Have experience in mitigate legal risks and handling dispute

  • Skilled in drafting and reviewing contracts, with good negotiation abilities

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Active member of PERADI or at least have completed Advocate education program
