Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and analyze legal documents such as Sale and Purchase Agreements, Cooperation Agreements, Lease Agreements, and other property-related contracts
- Manage company and project legal permits and licenses (e.g., Building Permit/PBG, Land Certificates, AJB, HGB, etc.)
- Provide legal opinions and advice related to the company's business activities and transactions
- Handle litigation and non-litigation matters when necessary
- Coordinate with notaries, land deed officials (PPAT), and government institutions regarding property legal processes
- Conduct legal due diligence and ensure the legal status of land/property prior to acquisition or development
- Monitor regulatory changes related to property law and provide recommendations to management
- Support internal legal needs such as drafting SOPs, legal policies, and compliance training
- Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a similar role; preferably in property, real estate development, or law firms handling property matters
- Strong knowledge in land acquisition and land due diligence
Have experience in mitigate legal risks and handling dispute
Skilled in drafting and reviewing contracts, with good negotiation abilities
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Active member of PERADI or at least have completed Advocate education program
