Responsibilities:
- Identify customer's needs and demonstrate extensive knowledge of BON Parfumeur products to effectively assist customers throughout their beauty care journey and share compelling brand stories.
- Meet sales target and contribute to sales performance by effectively implementing cross-selling strategies across all product categories, as directed by the line manager.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the boutique by ensuring attractive product displays, cleanliness, and overall boutique upkeep.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve store target or on additional tasks assigned by superiors.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty and fragrance trends and product knowledge
- Maintain high level of personal grooming and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum education : Senior High School or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of beauty retail experience.
- Genuine interest in parfumery industry and passionate about customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Reliable and punctual with professional grooming.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
