Key responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services to manufacturing clients
  • Provide strategic HR advice and support to client organizations, partnering with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals
  • Oversee the implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and employee relations
  • Lead the design and delivery of tailored HR solutions to address client challenges and needs
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Foster a positive, collaborative culture and champion employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

  • Extensive experience (8+ years) as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner, ideally within the manufacturing industry
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, Indonesian employment law and the ability to provide pragmatic, commercial advice
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify creative HR solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
