Software Engineer & Support
What Will You Do:
- Develop and maintain the company's internal applications;
- Perform debugging, testing, and implement new features based on user requirements;
- Conduct system integrations (API, databases, and third-party tools);
- Write technical documentation and ensure code quality and security;
- Handle daily technical requests from users (hardware, software, network, and printers);
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment;
- Maintain the IT asset inventory and ensure systems operate properly;
- Perform regular backups and maintenance to prevent downtime;
- Support office operations including facility management, company vehicles, and logistics;
- Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance and general procurement;
- Assist in internal company events, office relocations, and workspace setup;
- Conduct stock-taking and regularly update GA reports.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum education Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
- 1–2 years of experience in Software Development, IT Support, or General Affairs.
- Proficient in programming languages such as PHP or JavaScript.
- Experience with frameworks such as CodeIgniter, Laravel, or React is an plus.
- Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and API integration.
- Able to perform troubleshooting for network (LAN/Wi-Fi) and office equipment.
- Possesses good communication skills, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Willing to work collaboratively and flexibly across different locations (office, warehouse, or site).
