Requirements:

Minimum S1 in Informatics Technology.
Have a good communication in English (must) / Mandarin (will be an advantage).
Experience 3-5 years in handling end to end IT architecture, servers, virtualization, backup service and connectivity.
Mastering computer hardware and software and knowledge in Microsoft Technologies (Windows 10, Window Server OS, Share Point, MS SQL, Office Suites, etc).
Understanding the principles of network security, backup system, and license management.
Have multimedia skill like video editing, web programming, and well known with AI technology will be an advantage.
Communicative, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliable connectivity of applications and services across local and regional offices.
Ensure timely patching and hardening of all managed servers in accordance with IT security policies and best practices.
Administer and maintain core systems including Windows Domain Controllers, Windows Servers, virtual machine infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, firewalls, and other network configurations.
Oversee the acquisition, tracking, and maintenance of IT assets including hardware, software, licenses, and subscriptions.
Conduct regular security awareness training and proactively manage identification and remediation of security vulnerabilities.
Evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of new technology solutions to meet business needs.
Install, support, and maintain various IT hardware and systems, including printers, CCTV, biometric access control, Wi-Fi controllers, IP and PBX telephony systems.
Collaborate closely with the Corporate HQ IT team to strategize and implement improvements for end-user IT experience and operational efficiency.
Provide first-level technical support to staff, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.
