Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management, Industrial Engineering, or Transportation/Logistics.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in Transportation (preferred), Logistics, Supply Chain, or 3PL.
- Lean Six Sigma, Lean Management, or Kaizen certification is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of Operational Development & Control (ODC), Process Improvement, and Continuous Improvement.
- Experienced in data-driven business analysis, performance management, cost-saving initiatives, and decision-making.
- Strong communication, leadership, change management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and capable of working across departments.
Job Description
- Conduct business analysis in transportation/logistics to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop, implement, and monitor process improvement programs (Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
- Identify improvement areas through operational data, KPIs, and customer feedback.
- Formulate Operational Development & Control (ODC) strategies to enhance performance.
- Promote an operational excellence culture across teams, ensuring consistency in quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Provide strategic recommendations to management on cost optimization, fleet utilization, and asset management.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of analytical tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).
- Include sample presentations and/or dashboards showcasing system implementation, improvement programs, or operational excellence projects in the CV.
