QUALIFICATIONS:
- Having experience in the same field of at least 2 - 3 years in the same field is preferred
- Minimum high school/vocational education. Graduates from hospitality or culinary arts are preferred
- Experience in making danish pastry is preferred
- Can make danish pastry independently
- Max. 35 years old
- Can communicate in English is preferred
- Easy to adapt and have good communication
- Active and initiative
Job Description:
- Responsible for producing bakery products daily, including dough preparation, proofing, shaping, and baking. Ensures product quality, consistency, and timely output.
- During non-peak hours in the bakery, the employee is required to assist other kitchen sections as needed to support overall operations.
- Strong execution skills with the ability to follow instructions precisely
- Positive work attitude and willingness to follow directions
- Complies with SOPs and works cooperatively with the team
