QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Having experience in the same field of at least 2 - 3 years in the same field is preferred
  • Minimum high school/vocational education. Graduates from hospitality or culinary arts are preferred
  • Experience in making danish pastry is preferred
  • Can make danish pastry independently
  • Max. 35 years old
  • Can communicate in English is preferred
  • Easy to adapt and have good communication
  • Active and initiative

Job Description:

  • Responsible for producing bakery products daily, including dough preparation, proofing, shaping, and baking. Ensures product quality, consistency, and timely output.
  • During non-peak hours in the bakery, the employee is required to assist other kitchen sections as needed to support overall operations.
  • Strong execution skills with the ability to follow instructions precisely
  • Positive work attitude and willingness to follow directions
  • Complies with SOPs and works cooperatively with the team
  • Checking the quality of materials
  • Keep the kitchen environment clean and orderly
