Criteria and Job Desk:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing and experience working in the shoe/garment/label industry is preferred.
- Finding, negotiating, payment schedule, & tracking, update goods arrival date with suppliers
- Familiar with imports, such as discussing with forwarder, applying documents, checking HS Code, forms, tracking shipment, etc.
- Good computer skill to operate the internal system and Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Good English communication & writing skills will be a plus
- Handle and check all purchasing tasks regularly
- Ensure orders/purchases are accurate in terms of delivery, invoices received and payments
