WE'RE HIRING – WELDER (SMAW/FCAW – STEEL STRUCTURE)

We are looking for a skilled Welder (SMAW/FCAW – Steel Structure) to join our construction team for the KCIC project in Cikarang.
Responsibilities:
- Perform welding on steel columns, beams, bracings, brackets, and connection plates.
- Execute welding according to WPS and project drawings.
- Conduct fit-up, tack welding, and ensure weld quality per AWS D1.1 / ASME IX standards.
- Cooperate with QC for inspection and maintain welding equipment in good condition.
- Follow site safety procedures (HSE) during all welding activities.
Qualifications:
- Male, max. 45 years old.
- Min. 3 years experience in steel structure welding at construction sites (EPC, factory, or bridge projects preferred).
- Certified SMAW 3G/4G or FCAW 3G/4G (TUV/BKI/ASME IX).
- Able to read technical drawings and understand WPS.
- Discipline, responsible, and able to work under target and supervision.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Cikarang.
Additional Advantage:
- Experience in KCIC / CREC / Sinohydro or other China-based projects.
- Ready to take a Welder Qualification Test before joining.
- Familiar with international HSE standards.
