Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Remedial Officer located in Kudus. The primary responsibilities include conducting debt collection activities, maintaining accurate reports on overdue accounts, and negotiating repayment agreements with clients. The Remedial Officer will also implement resolutions for non-performing loans while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Building strong client relationships to support successful account recovery is also key to this role.
