Compliance monitoring and ensure corrective actions are carried out and executed properly
Formulate and implement monitoring policy, to comply with the applicable business model and related monitoring requirements
Monitor legislation, regulatory circulars and enforcement actions from regulators to ensure any updates are appropriately incorporated into internal policies and procedures when required
Develop, review and evaluate company policies and procedures and report to identify hidden risk or common issues (gap analysis) and provide recommendation
Maintain an update regulatory reporting calendar pursuant to prevailing laws and regulations
At least 2 years working experience in Compliance Audit (CTPAT, SMETA, FCCA)
Familiar with ISO 9001,14001, 45001
Familiar with ESG & Higg Index - FEM
Willing to be placed in Karawang, Jawa Barat
