Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in the end to end recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and interviews.

  • Support onboarding by coordinating orientation activities for new hires.

  • Provide support in handling basic employee relations matters and other HR-related tasks.

  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, gaining exposure to different HR functions.

  • Handling internal payroll assistant

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

  • Have experience as HR payroll

  • Strong interest in Human Resources with a desire to learn and grow.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinker with initiative and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to work in both independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.

  • Willing to join immediately.
