We are currently assisting one of our client in the construction industry to search for a Finance & Accounting Staff.

Placement: PIK 2, North Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance:

  • Manage daily cash inflows and outflows to ensure sufficient operational funding.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports accurately and on time.

  • Process vendor and supplier payments, ensuring completeness of supporting documents.

  • Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) to maintain proper cash flow.

  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and liaise with banks for transfers and transactions.

  • Support budgeting and financial planning activities.

  • Accounting:

  • Record and review daily financial transactions in journals (cash, bank, sales, purchases, and general journal).

  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).

  • Manage fixed assets and calculate depreciation.

  • Verify and organize all financial supporting documents systematically.

  • Assist internal and external audit processes by providing accurate data and reports.

  • Coordinate with Finance and Tax teams to ensure data consistency and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Management.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and accounting operations (construction or manufacturing industry preferred)

  • Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian GAAP), cash flow management, and budgeting.

  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate) and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Lookup, financial formulas).

  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

  • Honest, disciplined, and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.

  • Willing to work Monday–Saturday.
