Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia as a Key Account Sales Manager. The role involves managing relationships with key accounts, identifying and addressing client needs, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Account Management
- Strong expertise in Key Accounts management and client relationship building
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant experience in heavy industry or construction equipment sectors is a plus
