PT. Tri Boga Investama is a company engaged in the Food & Beverage industry. The company currently manages several brands, including Gudeg Mercon Bu Prih (PIK 2, SCBD, MKG, SMB), Republik Seafood (PIK 2), Ubi Tiri (PIK 2), Abonoken (PIK 2), and Semuran (Serpong).
Republik Seafood is a collaborative brand between local brand restaurant from (Sorong) Papua and a Nex Carlos (Youtuber/Food Vlogger).
Job Requirement:

- Willing to be placed in Jakarta & Tangerang Area.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or any related certification.
- Minimum 5 years experience in F&B Industry , With minimum 3 years as Operation Manager / Restaurant Manager (Seafood / Indonesian Restaurant)
- Experience in Seafood Restaurant
- Should be highly motivated and self-driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skill and can work under pressure.
- Strategic thinker and target oriented.
- Customer oriented with hands-on retail or restaurant operations exposure; ability to understand financial reports.
- Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, POS ESB).

- Handle TBI Group Brand (Gudeg Mercon Bu Prih, Republik Seafood Papua (soon) & other brand soon)
- Managing operational restaurant , purchasing & collaboration with Head Chef to maintain operational kitchen
- Ensuring that guests receive excellent service and enjoy their culinary experience.
- Understand and able to lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members.
- Executing all operations and services with respect to organizational SOP's and standards.
- Able to open and close the restaurant and run all aspects of the daily operations
- Responsible for studying and tracking sales, controlling cost of goods, labor costs as well as other restaurant expenses.
- Striving for Excellence in achieving and maintaining the standards of quality, as well as being innovative for significant growth of the business and brand.
