Job Description

  • Act as the single point of contact for clients regarding campaign needs.
  • Identify client needs, develop strategies, and provide solution recommendations.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches to acquire new projects.
  • Coordinate campaign execution with internal teams (KOL Specialist, Creative, Finance, etc.).
  • Ensure campaign implementation aligns with client briefs, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Create campaign reports and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat orders and upselling.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and anticipate potential issues.
  • Oversee project financial aspects and ensure timely invoice collection.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Marketing Agency, or Client Services.
  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, and pitching.
  • Proficiency in project management & client handling.
  • Knowledge of KOL, digital marketing, and viral campaign strategies.
  • Analytical & financial acumen (margin analysis, revenue tracking, invoice control).
  • Result-oriented & target-driven.
  • Strong negotiation & relationship management skills.
  • Problem-solving & decision-making abilities.
  • Creative, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
