Job Description
- Act as the single point of contact for clients regarding campaign needs.
- Identify client needs, develop strategies, and provide solution recommendations.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches to acquire new projects.
- Coordinate campaign execution with internal teams (KOL Specialist, Creative, Finance, etc.).
- Ensure campaign implementation aligns with client briefs, timelines, and KPIs.
- Create campaign reports and conduct performance evaluations.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat orders and upselling.
- Monitor client satisfaction and anticipate potential issues.
- Oversee project financial aspects and ensure timely invoice collection.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Marketing Agency, or Client Services.
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, and pitching.
- Proficiency in project management & client handling.
- Knowledge of KOL, digital marketing, and viral campaign strategies.
- Analytical & financial acumen (margin analysis, revenue tracking, invoice control).
- Result-oriented & target-driven.
- Strong negotiation & relationship management skills.
- Problem-solving & decision-making abilities.
- Creative, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
