Job Descriptions:

  • Handle administrative tasks related to employee matter
  • Monitor various HR systems (attendance, performance management, leave) as well as manage reporting deadlines to support Company Productivity and Efficiency.
  • Initiate, plan, and maintain employee engagement activities
  • Support HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and general admin
  • Maintain HR documents, contracts, trackers, and databases (employee lifecycle data)
  • Handle BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
  • Handle end-to-end employment contract management
  • Assist in payroll process (overtime, allowances, deductions, benefits) and coordinate with finance team for payroll disbursement
  • Other tasks will be distributed as management requested

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Administration, Management, or another relevant discipline
  • Experience at least 2 years in the same or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in English
  • Familiar with Labor Law, BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
  • Strong in MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets
