Job Descriptions:
- Handle administrative tasks related to employee matter
- Monitor various HR systems (attendance, performance management, leave) as well as manage reporting deadlines to support Company Productivity and Efficiency.
- Initiate, plan, and maintain employee engagement activities
- Support HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and general admin
- Maintain HR documents, contracts, trackers, and databases (employee lifecycle data)
- Handle BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
- Handle end-to-end employment contract management
- Assist in payroll process (overtime, allowances, deductions, benefits) and coordinate with finance team for payroll disbursement
- Other tasks will be distributed as management requested
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Administration, Management, or another relevant discipline
- Experience at least 2 years in the same or similar role
- Strong proficiency in English
- Familiar with Labor Law, BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
- Strong in MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets
