Job description:
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and validating claim data from various internal systems.
- Support the preparation of regular and ad hoc claim reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used for analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with different teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, Data Team) to gather insights and support claim-related initiatives.
- Participate in data quality checks and reconciliation processes.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Insurance, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
