Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve traffic, sales, and brand growth targets.
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations, ensuring product availability and service quality.
- Manage relationships with key platforms (TikTok, Tokopedia, etc.) to drive performance.
- Monitor inventory, purchase orders, and operational efficiency.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, analyzing results for improvement.
- Handle major customer issues and identify new opportunities for business growth.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field.
- Maximum 30 years old.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing e-commerce operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
