About the role
We are seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to join our Energy Division team at PT Supra Internasional Indonesia. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing expert electrical engineering support and solutions to ensure the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our electrical systems and infrastructure.
Role & Responsibilities- Design and review solar PV electrical systems (DC/AC, inverter, protection, and distribution).
- Prepare technical drawings, SLD, and system documentation.
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of PLTS projects.
- Monitor system performance and handle troubleshooting when needed.
- Ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards (SNI, IEC, SPLN).
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and as-built drawings.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in solar energy or power system projects (EPC preferred).
- Technical Skills: PVsyst, AutoCAD, ETAP/DIgSILENT, and basic project management.
- Professional Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Other: Knowledge of K3 electrical safety and renewable energy systems; English proficiency is a plus.
