Job Title : Technical Support (Jakarta)

Job Descriptions :

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support based on client needs
  • Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
  • Conduct installation, robots mapping, configuration, and maintenance of products
  • Collaborate and coordinate with technical support team for complex issue escalation
  • Deliver user training, product demos, and technical documentation
  • Prepare service reports
  • Full support on pre-sales and after-sales technical activities
  • Help to train the sales team if needed

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical or field support (fresh graduates with strong technical background are welcome)
  • Good understanding of robotics systems, sensors, automation, and networking
  • Willing to learn new system and technology
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication in
    Bahasa Indonesia
    , and
    preferably can communicate in English
  • Willing to travel and provide on-site support when required
