- Implement and monitor production schedules to meet output targets and delivery timelines.
- Manage manpower and material resources effectively to optimize production flow.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all production areas.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall plant performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors, technicians, and operators to achieve departmental goals.
- Resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain output consistency.
The Successful Applicant
- Holds a degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
- Experienced in production or manufacturing management, preferably in injection molding
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead large, diverse teams
- Understands production processes, technical machine settings, and resource optimization
- Resilient, target-driven, and effective in high-output, customized production environments
- Skilled in analyzing production data, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
- Familiar with industry regulations and safety standards
