Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager (F&B) located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and leading a sales team. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with other departments to optimize sales processes and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management, client relationship management, and sales strategy development
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in market research and sales data analysis
  • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is highly preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
